1 Introduction and Acceptance

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been suspended or banned from the bv888 platform.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of any payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card) used to deposit funds to or withdraw funds from your bv888 account.

bv888 operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using any alias, relative's name, or third-party identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3 Account Management and Security

Your bv888 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bv888 support immediately via the in-platform support portal. bv888 cannot accept liability for losses arising from compromised credentials where the member failed to notify bv888 promptly upon becoming aware of the issue.

bv888 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where unusual activity, suspected unauthorised access, or potential security breaches are detected. In such cases, bv888 will attempt to notify the registered member via the contact details on file before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent further potential harm.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your bv888 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bv888 accepts deposits via the following methods for Bangladesh-based members:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions

5 Withdrawals and Payout Processing

bv888 members may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered in the member's own name and previously approved by bv888.

• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been met in full.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Registering more than one account on the bv888 platform, whether in your own name or using any other identity.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination and Suspension

bv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where bv888 reasonably determines that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The member has provided false or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• The account has been used for any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The member has initiated a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against a bv888 deposit transaction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bv888.
• The member is, or appears to be, a problem gambler and continued access is not in their best interests.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bv888 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance of genuinely wagered and non-bonus funds will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and any outstanding investigations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bv888 will provide reasonable notice to members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

14 Governing Law and Disputes
